Waiver and Release Forms:

This FORM needs to be filled out before any one can begin building at the site.

Juvenile Release Forms:

If you are below the age of 18 then you must fill this FORM out if you wish to volunteer.

Remember no child under the age of 16 is allowed on site.

Forms can be filled out online or at the site!
